3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tg774 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on tg774: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from tg774; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of tg774 or its affiliated companies; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
Age Verification: tg774 may request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on tg774. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. tg774 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Your tg774 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. tg774 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to complete KYC verification when requested. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs issued to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must notify tg774 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
5.3 tg774 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tg774 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.4 tg774 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
tg774 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tg774 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. tg774 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval, subject to payment provider processing times.
tg774 may withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) pending KYC verification; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (d) ongoing investigation of a dispute or complaint.
All transactions on tg774 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tg774 does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
Note: tg774 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for applicable charges.
7.1 tg774 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. tg774 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7.4 tg774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All Wagers placed on tg774 are final once confirmed. tg774 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Wagers except in cases of manifest error.
8.2 Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, tg774 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. tg774's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on tg774. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by tg774 at any time.
8.4 Insufficient Funds. Wagers may only be placed using available real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. tg774 will not process Wagers that exceed your available Balance.

tg774 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all Balances therein, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
10.1 All content on the tg774 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data, is the exclusive property of tg774 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tg774 content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of tg774's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 The tg774 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg774 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tg774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.3 tg774's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit tg774's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your tg774 Account. tg774 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

13.2 Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, tg774 may forfeit any Balance remaining in your Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting tg774 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
13.4 tg774 reserves the right to retain Account records for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
14.1 tg774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tg774 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.3 Your continued use of the tg774 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to tg774's internal dispute resolution process. 15.3 tg774 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 tg774 operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
